The print came damaged from shipping. I was extremely disappointed but have not had the chance to write this until now. I had to rip off the brown paper on the back to fix it as best I could. The staples I had to bend back were surprisingly small and clearly did not stand up to shipping. I got it fixed as best I could and then hung it up, but it is definitely not flush on the top side. I'm a local teacher and a single dad, so this was a big purchase for me and I am left disappointed.

My order was sent to the wrong house . I notified Gray Malin right away and got an auto email back with no resolution of the issue . I have sent two more emails and again only an auto response with no replacement order . I am disappointed with the lack of response to this problem .

I never received my picture frame but I did get my towel.

Multiple frames have arrived in terrible condition.

Please contact me directly. I have attempted to reach the customer service group 5 times regarding an issue with our order. Each time I get an automated response. I have sent now three separate emails directly to the original order confirmation as directed and continue to get the same automated response.
