I won't be ordering again as the shipment took so long, and the frame that was in a gift box, was not in a shipping box just thin wrapping (think amazon) and it dented the gift box which unfortunately is for a housewarming present. The frame is fine so I'm going with it, but it certainly takes away from the luxury that it is suppose to convey. Super disappointed. I also reached out to customer service when I noticed the tracking hadn't updated and someone said they would get right back to me but then never replied again.

I have two orders that are being supported with issues from brackets not centered on the frame and hang crooked, to a replacement of a triptych due to low quality finish. I have a multiple Gray Malin pieces already that i've been happy with but it feels like with the 2 orders mentioned i've had to really chase and repeatedly ask for updates. Its been almost a week since the last confirmaton that the orders would be processed for replacement and no update.

My first purchase of an oversized art from Gray Malin and shipping was a disaster. Box got punctured and broke the glass. I was told to destroy the art piece and disposed. This is really inconvenience for me as it is oversized. I have not gotten an email about a replacement. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard anything. I'm this close to request for a refund.

I tried to call, left a VM. I would like to send back. The piece is way too small, esp for that price . the next size up would work, but out of my budget- Sorry.
