Photo arrived damaged. I returned via Fedex for replacement, but haven't received new photo or even shipment info.

I’m obsessed with Gray Malin art, but unfortunately this experience was a disappointment. The items I ordered were guaranteed by Christmas — which is why I purchased — but only one item arrived on time. I was left without my big special gift for my parents, and it was delivered days later in the rain while we were out of town. Might return since I had to come up with another last-minute present instead.

I received a product that was damaged. I called and sent an email, and it was never responded to/resolved. Very disappointing, as I have spent a lot of money buying artwork off of your website.
