Shipment of the picture and frame was great. Shipment of the book puzzle wasn’t great. The book was shipped in a thin cardboard folder, which allowed the book to have several dents and scratches in it. Adding cushioning or some wrapping inside would be ideal to prevent that.

Delivery was slow. The photo is beautiful but the frame is underwhelming and we are replacing it. There should be better online framing options through the Gray Malin site.

The shipping was terrible. I waited and waited…the print, however, is beautiful. I gave it as a wedding gift to friends who live on an inland lake in WI. I live on Lake MI and bought one for myself and one for my son and family who live on Lake Macatawa in Holland MI.

I placed an order just fine, but I had to get help from customer service which was very delayed- 48hrs later for a response and there were times I had to email multiple times to get an answer.

Not worth the price, product looks cheap upon arrival. Ordered 2 medium size photos w/frames. Frames include plexiglass/plastic not glass. Makes it look low end. This brand is over hyped
