I ordered Shadow Box and received the print in the matted format.

The photographs are spectacular. However, I must say I am disappointed with the quality of the framing. Some of the of the corners are not lined up correctly and you can see the glue on the corner seam. Additionally, the frame is so thin that the included hardware is visible on the sides when the print is hung on the wall as shipped. I had to pay a professional artwork/photo hanger to reset the hardware. I was persuaded to buy the framed prints by statements on the website touting the professional "museum quality" but I wish I had purchased them unframed. I called the customer service number on your website and left two messages. Unfortunately, my calls were not returned. Based on these factors my rating would be "Okay" . . . as I stated above, the photographs are wonderful so it's a shame the framing did not live up to the same standard. Thank you.

I love the print, but the frame was delivered with a small chip in the corner. Not big enough to go through the hassle of returning, but disappointing nonetheless.

The photo print is beautiful, as we expected. However the frame arrived with gaps in the mitered corners on one end. Disappointed in the frame appearance for the price.

I love the art but not a fan of the pricing inability to honor (within a reasonable amount of time) for a price reduction adjustment. Plus I had reached out to customer service to address this and no call / response back.
