Arrived damaged and waiting for replacement

I ordered a mini and it took 2 weeks before it even shipped. So total of 3 weeks to receive it. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had issues. The wrong product was shipped not once, but twice, and I had to call to get it resolved. I would expect Gray Malin as a brand to have excellent customer service

My only complaint is in the image on the website it showed gray malin signature in the bottom right and mine does not have that. Really wanted that.

The print is great! The book arrived and the spine was detached. I emailed customer service waiting for response

I just received framed image and coloring is very very different from online option. The image also looks really blurry. Very disappointed l.
