I love the photos, but did not appreciate how they were mailed to me. They were rolled so tightly that it was very difficult to unroll them without bending the edges. Given the level of investment in these photos, I would have thought more care would have been taken in the way they were packaged.

I've ordered 4 pieces of art over the last few years from the store and the first 3 were great! This last one was a bit of a disappointment. The art usually comes in plastic, in the specialized box that stabilizes the art. This time my piece came without the plastic and the frame was scuffed. It wasn't enough for me to go through the hassle of replacing it (and I haven't had time to use my magic eraser to see if I can buff out the scuffs), but it was noticeable. There was a noticeable lack of care this time.

This is my second purchase. However this purchase was a gift for my niece. I filled out your online gift form when I made my purchase only to find out it doesn't work. Imagine my niece getting a gift and having no idea where it came from? When I told your staff they didn't seem interested in fixing this. GREAT PRODUCT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
