Great quality product and my 1 year old loves it. However, I have to say it was very challenging and frustrating to put it together, the allen key as well as the way the holes are drilled made it difficult, we spent at least 2. 5h and sustained multiple blisters on our hands.

The team assured me the screws are being sent but absolutely no news regarding where they are or how long they will take to arrive.

Quality is the best, pieces broken during first use. Paint scratches off easily.

wAITED 2 MONTHS FOR IT TO BE DELIEVERED. gOT IT ALL OUT TO FIND THERE WAS A MAJOR PART MISSING. HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED. . . IT HANGS UP. . . AND EMAILED. NO REPLY, NOTHING SO DISAPPOINTED
