Box arrived damaged and no instructions and small damage to parts. Really frustrating to put together, had to watch a YouTube video. Not pleased and will not be recommending

Poor service and communication Ordered 30 November. Heard nothing for two weeks despite emailing and calling. Eventually got through and was told it would arrive before Christmas — it didn’t. Item arrived 29 December. Box was damaged and fixings were missing. Tried to contact them again — no response. Ended up sourcing the fixings myself just to get it assembled. Product itself is fine, but the service, communication and reliability are poor. Promises not kept and zero aftercare. Would not recommend.

The ladder never arrived and I haven’t received any response to my emails.
