I expected bit more quality, its quality is bad for the price. my toddler got hurt while playing slide since it's not smooth enough.

Extremely disappointed as this is a Christmas present and the box arrived all battered. Doesn't look good when you are gifting this to someone

Great quality product and my 1 year old loves it. However, I have to say it was very challenging and frustrating to put it together, the allen key as well as the way the holes are drilled made it difficult, we spent at least 2. 5h and sustained multiple blisters on our hands.

Poor service and communication Ordered 30 November. Heard nothing for two weeks despite emailing and calling. Eventually got through and was told it would arrive before Christmas — it didn’t. Item arrived 29 December. Box was damaged and fixings were missing. Tried to contact them again — no response. Ended up sourcing the fixings myself just to get it assembled. Product itself is fine, but the service, communication and reliability are poor. Promises not kept and zero aftercare. Would not recommend.
