We were kept informed while we waited for the delivery as stock had initially run out. We were told we could choose something else or have a refund. We waited 3 weeks and were very satisfied with the product when it arrived. The only criticism was that there were no assembly instructions included but this was soon sorted. Thank you

Quick delivery and easy to order.

Arrived quite quickly. Well packed. Time consuming and not very easy to assemble. It is a two person job.

Good service

I do quite like the idea and I see the effort behind this product but I wish it has a better quality. My biggest concern is the quality of finishes. The surface is quire rough and feels like it requires a proper sanding otherwise there is a chance to get an injury. Not all the holes were drilled all the way until the end. Missing assembly instructions. The plywood itself is not covered at all which makes advertised outdoor usage a bit questionable
