I bought my first Necklace several years ago and it’s still my most favorite. A few months ago I broke the chain on it and contacted them for a “rework” to fix it. Their customer service was incredible! They were quick to help and ended up remaking my entire necklace to make sure it was perfect. They were quick to communicate everything and my necklace is absolutely perfect!

Purchased a personalized gift for myself to include the names of my family. Absolutely couldn’t be more happy with the level of service and quick response I received when using the chat feature to answer a lot of questions I had before placing my order.
