I purchased a necklace for my best friend's birthday, and it arrived even sooner than the arrival estimate! Their site is so easy to navigate, and the form you fill out to do an exchange was clear and easy to do. GLDN even covered the cost difference between the metals for me, it was so kind!! They truly want to make sure you love your piece. My best friend's exchange is processing, but she loved the craftsmanship of the necklace so much that she bought one as a gift too!
