I was looking forward to getting my Mother's Day present...When I received it , it not only had scratches all over it but it had the wrong initial. They got back to me pretty quick and sent me a new tracking # for a replacement and over a week later it still hadn't started tracking. I ended up requesting a refund and will take my business elsewhere.

Made order on May 5th. Still have not received confirmation of shipping nor indication of when necklace will arrive. I understand COVID ha backed things up a few weeks back, but as of the present there are no delays in shipping!
