One of the pieces didn’t have a <3 on it like I wanted and put on the order. It was such an ordeal to ever get a hold of someone and much less how long it took to receive my order that it’s not worth it to try and get this corrected. My sister in law still hasn’t gotten her order that I placed on April 18th! I understand everything is hand made but that doesn’t excuse the fact you can’t call your business and the extremely late shipping. Will not be ordering again

I ordered a gift for my mother from this place in the second week of April and paid extra for shipping for it to get to my mother on time. Then the week before mother days I contact customer service multiple times and was promised it would get shipped out on time and to my mother before Mother’s Day and that they are pushing everyone’s orders to extra rush shipping. Then I get a tracking number and they forgot to do my order for extra ship and it didn’t get to my mother on time. It got to her on Tuesday. This is the first Mother’s Day she couldn’t be around an of her kids or grandkids and it was very hard. I wasn’t that impressed by the piece either, and it’s already looking worn down. Never again.

I had reached out to your online team because the discount I was sent through email did not work. I was told a valid discount code would be sent to me within 72 hours yet I never received an email. I’m just really disappointed because I was so excited and really looking forward to ordering from you guys. Maybe next time!

I ordered 2 bracelets on 4/25/2020 for my granddaughter to give to her Mother fr Mother's ay. To this very day 5/23, I have still not receved them after getting an emai promising they would be there on 5/25. Then on 5/21, I received another email saying they were so sorry but somehow my order never got started. They were just then startiing to work o it and would email me when ready to ship!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Horrible company. I emailed them to tell them to just cancel my order and refund me and this survey is what I got back!! Never agai will I order from GLDN!! NEVER!!

I was very excited to order from here. & Thought one of their necklaces would be perfect for my mom on mother's day. I live in Spain & she's in Kansas. She's a recent widow & it was very important to me to make sure she knew she wasn't alone. I personalized & placed my order and waited for further information. Weeks past & I hear nothing. I email them and ask if I'm getting any information on shipping soon (I knew personalization took a while). They tell me my item will be shipped the week of May 18. I tell my mom to keep an eye on her mail box for a surprise. The week passes, it's now May 23rd and I tell them I still have no shipping information. (I ordered this in April). Now they tell me that actually it hasn't even started being made yet but that they will start on it and send it my way sometime around June. I cancelled my order and apologized to my mom. Will have to find something else. All very frustrating.
