Bad service
I ordered a necklace almost a month ago, emailed customer service about the order and they refunded my rush shipping and gave refunded a discount, which was great, really appreciated that. Then days later I get another email about an error in my order not going to production and it was going to be prioritized but wouldn’t ship for another two weeks...this does not seem like prioritizing my order. My mother doesn’t even want the gift anymore because it’s become such a hassle. I would not recommend this company and will probably not shop from them again. Very poor communication to paying customers.
