My stuff took a long time to get to me

My product is taking a long time to arrive.

I appreciate so much that this is a handmade piece. Was looking forward to my first order and when it came was missing an initial and therefore will be sending back. Overall disappointed in the quality and lack of attention to the request made for this piece.

Hello I have yet to receive shipping confirmation for an order of 2 weeks.. I know it is busy but a status would be great!

I love the simplicity and elegance of all of GLDN’s pieces, but their shipping times are very inconsistent. I ordered a necklace for a friend and it was made, shipped and delivered all in 2 weeks. Then I ordered the exact same necklace again and it took 4 weeks to be delivered. Customer service said it was due to COVID but couldn’t explain why one took twice as long as the exact same necklace ordered previously. I also feel like the chains on the necklaces aren’t the nicest quality. The pendants are gorgeous but the chains don’t seem to match that quality.
