I got a custom necklace for my friend who is getting married. In the details section of the order, I did ask for a specific initial to go first so it would lay with her fiance's initial first, but it did not come that way. She was still very happy with the necklace and loved the idea, but did also mention how it looked like she 'loved herself' because her initial was first. Again, minor detail, but still a lovely product regardless.

I ordered personalized necklaces for mother's day and unfortunately they arrived 2 weeks late. In the end, they took care of this and made it right. The necklaces are beautiful and the packaged was exquisite. I would order from GLDN again anytime I need a special gift.

Very nice ring. The only reason for 4 stars is due to how long it took me to get the item.
