My wife loves the Glasshouse Fragrances candles. I purchased her another direct online from Glasshouse for Christmas. It was a pleasant surprise that the candle I ordered would also come with a complimentary gift of a smaller candle in a new fragrance. My wife loved her present. Yesterday, I realized we didn’t have the complimentary gift. I’m not sure what happened. So, I messaged Glasshouse. They responded in minutes, not days. In a second message they told me the complimentary gift we were missing is on its way and yet another complimentary gift was being included as well. Now that is how customer service should work! Justine was great, and got the job done. The products are outstanding for their wonderful fragrances and beauty.
