My wife loves the Glasshouse Fragrances candles. I purchased her another direct online from Glasshouse for Christmas. It was a pleasant surprise that the candle I ordered would also come with a complimentary gift of a smaller candle in a new fragrance. My wife loved her present. Yesterday, I realized we didn’t have the complimentary gift. I’m not sure what happened. So, I messaged Glasshouse. They responded in minutes, not days. In a second message they told me the complimentary gift we were missing is on its way and yet another complimentary gift was being included as well. Now that is how customer service should work! Justine was great, and got the job done. The products are outstanding for their wonderful fragrances and beauty. Add that to the great customer service and the customer has all the elements for an outstanding online shopping experience! Thank you Glasshouse Fragrances!

Glasshouse has the most amazing fragrances! had an issue with delivery by no fault of Glasshouse but fault of the delivery carrier. Glasshouse stepped in very quickly and resolved the issue. Great company all the way around! Definitely will be a customer for life.
