Why I rate a 4 because the product did not come bad and at least there was someone that I could talk to and the and agents were good in getting back to me I would have gave rate of five if they would have ate the restock fee

Overall good but no free shipping for spending over 75$ ?

Shopping experience was great and product is good as well!
