For me as a stylus, I just wished that it had more space in it for all of the things that I need it for is hard to put my cord things in it. It’s hard for me to put my cordless things in. It is just not as flexible as I thought it was going to be it’s very helpful for what I need it for at the moment, but what I was expecting it to be is not what it is.

Customer service is meh… they’re pretty responsive but the email only option seems a bit impersonal in my opinion. I also feel that shipping should be free for bags that cost in excess of $100 or at least kept at a minimum. $12 or more for shipping is just mean
