Wrong color chair

Waited 7 weeks for my spectator chair. My color/stain was back ordered. Arrived wrong color. I ordered the lightest color available…. ”Old World Mahogany”. Got a Dark, cherry like color. All paperwork states Old World Mahogany.

Bad Communication

Order placed 3/28. Tracking info received 4/1. As of 4/8 according to the freight tracking the item has not been picked up. No response from Game Room Spot or the carrier. I regret this purchase.

I bought it online on October 31 it’s December 15. I still don’t have it. Apparently it came damaged to an installer that’s over 100 miles away. Very sad. Wish I bought it from someone else.

STAY AWAY!

Stay away from this company. My purchase was delivered damaged and the customer service is lacking to say the least. After several emails, chats and no phone number that is answered I finally went straight to Butler Specialties. Game Room Spot had been sent a resolution email but until Butler got involved I had not informed what the resolution was. I was told to "field destroy" the table and I would receive a full refund, to date I do not know when that will be because I haven't received a reply to my email asking when that will be.

Still waiting on delivery of

Still waiting on delivery of item with no update other than vendor has been contacted. Was supposed to be delivered 5 to 10 business days after shipping. Been three weeks and still no estimated delivery time.
