Game Room Spot was awesome with the ease of purchasing and their support. The problem I had was with the Brand that was bought. The item is great, but their delivery service was awful. I ended up having to rent a Uhaul trailer to go and pickup the shuffleboard table.

Had to try multiple times to reach someone about a return. It’s very misleading to say that Chat is available 24/7. I tried at various times and rarely was anyone available. I also tried contacting by phone and e-mail. Overall, it gives the impression that you don’t really have a customer service department

Worst installation.

Placed order on July 1 and still haven’t received!

Waiting for the pool table installation which can’t happen because the felt wasn’t sent.
