The shipping was delayed because of inventory which is understandable. Third party shipping company was difficult to get in touch with. Finally made an appointment and arrive before the delivery window and luckily someone was home. When item was opened there was a large whole. Virtual assistant directed me to send an email and still waiting on response

We had to cancel our order because of the misleading information we were given before we purchased. We were told the table would be installed in our room of choice within 2-3 weeks and, after waiting that long, it turns out it was going to be closer to 5-6. The customer service was awful by Game Room Spot and Brunswick. We are purchasing from another company now.

Waited 7 weeks for my spectator chair. My color/stain was back ordered. Arrived wrong color. I ordered the lightest color available…. ”Old World Mahogany”. Got a Dark, cherry like color. All paperwork states Old World Mahogany.

Order placed 3/28. Tracking info received 4/1. As of 4/8 according to the freight tracking the item has not been picked up. No response from Game Room Spot or the carrier. I regret this purchase.

I bought it online on October 31 it’s December 15. I still don’t have it. Apparently it came damaged to an installer that’s over 100 miles away. Very sad. Wish I bought it from someone else.
