Game Room Spot was awesome with the ease of purchasing and their support. The problem I had was with the Brand that was bought. The item is great, but their delivery service was awful. I ended up having to rent a Uhaul trailer to go and pickup the shuffleboard table.

Worst installation.

The shipping was delayed because of inventory which is understandable. Third party shipping company was difficult to get in touch with. Finally made an appointment and arrive before the delivery window and luckily someone was home. When item was opened there was a large whole. Virtual assistant directed me to send an email and still waiting on response

We had to cancel our order because of the misleading information we were given before we purchased. We were told the table would be installed in our room of choice within 2-3 weeks and, after waiting that long, it turns out it was going to be closer to 5-6. The customer service was awful by Game Room Spot and Brunswick. We are purchasing from another company now.
