Was sent the wrong color

I have tried to reach out to you guys multiple times and no response. I bought my sister a yoga mat and it has already teared. I would like a response please.

Difficult return - spent as much on shipping back as I did on the duplicate gift and not sure I’ve received a refund yet. It’s the reason people use Amazon rather than independent sellers.

Did not deliver all of my order. Not worth my time to order from them again

My last order #25031 was NEVER received. Order dated July 31. UPS says delivery label has been printed but they haven't received package yet. And, we get daily emails asking us to buy more
