You do not honor your warranty

I emailed customer service several times, from the minute I placed my order, still no response, I spoke to customer service over the phone early July they promised they would get back to me? I’m still waiting

Had to email twice to remind you to send out product and got no email response just notification that it was finally being sent. As a professional I have used Spri for a long time and I am sad that the company has deteriorated so much in product and service.

Shady drop-ship company with non-existent customer service. I would avoid them--be warned.

I haven't received my package and it has been almost a month since I ordered. I reached out to your customer service twice and still haven't gotten a response.
