I can’t really fault the company for the fact that the quality of a product on your site, but I bought a gaiam bolster and was surprised at the quality of it. I ended up buying from another company but the return policy means that I have to pay shipping and the cost of that both ways means that I basically would have paid for it anyway. It’s really unfortunate.

I liked that each band is 4lbs which is hard to find but I disliked that the triangles slip out of the band if the velcro is not fastened.

It was confusing to order from Gaiam and get billed by another company. I don’t like it.

I have the other one I purchase but I’m still waiting for the other for a long time or maybe it got lost

Product wasn’t what I was expecting, which is fine, especially or an online sale. The problem really is their customer service. I’ve sent two emails regarding my order and have not heard anything back at all. I sent two emails about a week apart and nothing. There’s a time limit on returns but I have no way of starting the process so I guess I’m stuck with a sub-par yoga mat.
