I would have liked to have seen more vendors in the exhibit hall, I was expecting to see Diebold, Glory, Arca and many more displaying their technology. I felt the panel discussions could have been more engaging. The break out sessions (round table) should have been housed in different rooms, the first days break out sessions were unfortunately very frustrating as it was extremely difficult to hear and many were frustrated.

Realize it was the first year, but it would have been useful to have more of the larger Bank's attend (ie. National and Global with 1000 branches and higher). Many of the strategies, challenges and solutions discussed were more relevant to smaller credit unions and local banks.

The agenda was powerful, but unfortunately the limits of the audience and the format of some of the interactions left me with very little that I didn't already know. Would have liked to have seen some European, Nordic or major American banks speak more often. The choice of conference location was fine, but many of my colleagues complained about the rooms and food offered not being to par with conference expectations (e.g. NetFinance).

I was really disappointed in the technology conversations as the smaller banks are still so focused on ITM/ATM and as the Digital Experience lead for a larger bank I wanted to hear about how peer banks are transforming the entire experience. Additionally I wanted to point out that if someone was deaf or hard of hearing and attended the conference they would not have been able to participate as there was no closed captioning for any of the speakers.
