The variety of topics was not very vast and the content only skimmed the surface and did not go very deep. Great for smaller banks but not for mid-size or larger financial institutions.

- in order to make this a truly great conference it needs to include content on European and Nordic banks where they truly are way ahead - as a Canadian Bank, the information was interesting but not very insightful due to differences in our landscape - almost all of the Q&A panels were men-only, in order to make the discussion relevant and address gender parity you really need to include more women on the stage - there were plenty of qualified women in attendance! - the Hotel was not very good - rooms small, no safe, not very soundproof, no robes, unable to open the windows, adequate but not very nice (several attendees echoed these sentiments) - a small thing, but the coffee served at the conference was horrible - the conference app was great, very helpful and good for making connections and knowing where to be and when - overall WBR always puts on a very professional and relevant conference and did so this time, however in order for this to be worth going to again you need to step up the speakers and material coverage beyond the US (e.g. Europe) and provide more luxurious accomodations

An enjoyable 3 days. would have liked to have more vendors there. A little too much focus on Universal bankers, not enough discussion about some other options, strategies.

Pro's were the diverse attendees from credit unions, large banks, small banks, publicly and privately held and investment firms. Con's for us were 6 years ago we rolled out tellerless branches, branch redesign, etc. etc. and some of the presenters visited us before they tried it so as a company we didn't take a lot away from this meeting. We also felt the vendor presence and technology demonstration opportunities was weak.

Networking at the conference was exceptional. Enjoyed the speakers and the round table discussions. The panel discussions were okay. Need more vendors. Would have been helpful to have Diebold, NCR, etc. there to present what hardware/software they currently have deployed and what they are working on for the future. Conference could have been done in 2 days instead of 3.
