The speakers were very good and well prepared. I really liked the topic on how much it means to employees to make sure they know why they matter; loved the women's networking event with the Q & As from the facilitator/participants. Enjoyed learning about the Robot, Pepper. Some other good takeaways too.

I enjoyed the conference and found it informative.

I enjoyed the sessions led by 'real' bankers offering their insight on the various topics. I was able to bring back some action items to my team for future implementation.

Overall, the conference had great material - however, the Power Point presentations should be made available for the sessions so attendees can make notes and follow along with the material during the presentation. Also the onsite branch visit was not as impactful as I had expected.

I thoroughly enjoyed the format of the conference. The quick turnaround on presenters kept things moving and interesting. I certainly took away some excellent recommendations and valuable connections.
