Never received my purchase. And tracking information was not updated or accurate.

I still have not received my 3 items for Christmas presents so I can't write the review yet!!!

Have not received the order yet, which was placed on December 7th..

I ordered on 11/26/2020 and according to tracking information my purchase has been in CA since 12/04/2020. Can someone please resolve this?
