Ordered wallet Nov 13th and still have not received!

I am wanting to return for full refund

I believe I have had my wallet close to a month and today I started noticing some tears in it. I was not expecting this to happen so soon because of the quality of the wallet and the price, but I am disappointed to see this. My cards couldn’t be pulled out and were stuck inside and no matter how slowly I pulled it it seemed to rip the inside more and more. Is there anyway I can get a replacement for this wallet?
