Forever & Always Shoes

These felt very cheap when I tried them on. I am returning them so I can purchase something of higher quality. I would say they are true to size, and look nice, but they would clearly be uncomfortable after wearing for any extended period of time. They are not to the standard of quality I am seeking to wear for my wedding day.

Too loose Uncomfortable

I was very disappointed with this purchase. First, the shoebox arrived damaged and crushed on one side because it was mailed in a bag and not a sturdy box. Second, the shoes had a very strong smell when I took them out of the box. Third, the shoes were smaller than a typical size 7. Fourth, the shoes were very rigid and uncomfortable. Fifth, when I wanted to return the shoes there was not a simple return form on the website and I had to email three times before I got someone from customer service to help me initiate a return. Finally, I was told I had to pay over $35 to mail back the shoes. I will not be buying from this company again.

I ordered size 39 and I got size 40

I’m wanting to return the shoes. I’ve reached out a couple of times and have not heard anything. I do not want to miss the deadline for returning.
