Forever & Always Shoes

Arrived scuffed and had a discolored spot. Will be returning for sure and now I have to find a new pair to wear for my wedding. Not sure if the pair I got was used or a display.

Customer service has been horrible. I’ve ordered 4 pairs of shoes, and I want to return them all. The 4th pair I bought because the first 3 did not fit so I ordered a size down and it still was sent as the same size as the other 3. I’ve been speaking with Vildan and he keeps telling me has sent out a 5th pair in the right size but will not give me any tracking or say anything about how I can go about returning the other shoes. I’m so frustrated and want my money back!

AVOID THESE SHOES! These shoes look cute in the picture but when I received them, the shoes were poorly designed. I think I received used shoes because there were scuff marks and a small stain on the sides of the shoes. When I tried them on, they had the height I desired but within 10min of wearing them I rolled my ankles TWICE. Also the shoes have little to no traction which is a hazard. The only reason why I still have them is because I missed the return date. When I tried to call about it, customer service was not available.

Poorly made, uneven cuts on soles and glue seeping out. Smell of solvents. Brown marks on shoe and bits of grass(?) in the box. Nightmare customer service just using Chat GPT for their replies.
