Forever & Always Shoes

i have tried to contact you so many times and had no reply.

My product never arrived, and there is no customer service phone number, and they never responded to my email. Not impressed with the zero customer service.

Way too big! I am a true 7. 5 which is what I ordered. The shoes are huge! My friend who is a size 9 was able to fit them on her feet. I was unable to wear them on my wedding day and had to wear my backup shoes instead. After returning from my honeymoon, I went to request a return and the return policy is only 14 days?! I was on my honeymoon for 2 weeks, so now I cannot even return the shoes! Terrible policies. Would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.

Three weeks past the delivery date, and I still have not received the shoes nor have I received help in acquired a refund. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with limited reponse. I would be wary of ordering from Forever & Always.
