Forever & Always Shoes

Three weeks past the delivery date, and I still have not received the shoes nor have I received help in acquired a refund. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with limited reponse. I would be wary of ordering from Forever & Always.

I ordered wedding shoes over a month ago. They sent the wrong size, promised a replacement, and then completely stopped communicating. No tracking number, no working phone line, and weeks of emails with no resolution. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.

The shoe itself is beautiful but not so comfortable. Unfortunately the pair I received was damaged and had evidence of being used. The seller refuses to take accountability for sending a used, damaged product. All options I got for “handling the issue” would cost me money: accepting a 50% refund and keep shoes, pay $35 for them to ship another pair, ship to Turkey (shoes shipped from Florida!!!!) on my own dime and accept losing 5% restock fee. Beware of the lack of professionalism. The return policy restrictions should not apply if they are incapable of delivering a new shoe that’s not damaged. Consider the risk of the low quality shoes breaking on your wedding day. Personally, I will never purchase from this company again.

Arrived scuffed and had a discolored spot. Will be returning for sure and now I have to find a new pair to wear for my wedding. Not sure if the pair I got was used or a display.

Customer service has been horrible. I’ve ordered 4 pairs of shoes, and I want to return them all. The 4th pair I bought because the first 3 did not fit so I ordered a size down and it still was sent as the same size as the other 3. I’ve been speaking with Vildan and he keeps telling me has sent out a 5th pair in the right size but will not give me any tracking or say anything about how I can go about returning the other shoes. I’m so frustrated and want my money back!
