I absolutely love Floyd’s furniture. I wish they’d make more. Its quality is undeniable. If the lead times weren’t so long they’d earn the fifth star.

I love the look of the console. The doors are slightly warped and I received great customer service for them.

Pros and Con. Pros: Looks great and easy to tear down and set up during moves. Con: The bed slides on smooth top surface so we had to put a textured surface under the mattress.

Love Floyd. I have the bed and dining table. I was excited about the shelving system however the shipping process was botched. I ordered the first one, which XPO (the shipper) didn't notify me it had arrived. It got sent back, which I realized only after tracking it down and calling XPO. Floyd gave me a refund (however not for shipping which is over $100). I ordered a second one, was delivered just fine however the box and shelving system came slightly damaged. Not wanting to rebox and send everything back, I was luckily able to make it work. The furniture itself is stellar, great quality, great design, everything cohesive, worth the money. Definitely still recommend, just keep an eye on the shipping.

I’m a little underwhelmed by the Floyd shelf, to be honest. It is fine, but it is a fairly simple design that does not seem to be worth the quite high price.
