You guys sent the wrong
You guys sent the wrong couch layout to the logistics company. The logistics company delayed my delivery twice and tossed the couch in my backyard. The experience from the Floyd customer service representatives has been terrible. There has been weeks without a response and I am now on my 3rd request to have my issues resolved. a $400 credit was issued to my account but I am unable to use that as well as the 25% off at checkout. I have submitted a request recently for a full refund and I have still not heard back. No one will pick up the phone and call. My cell phone number is 412-996-2329. My living room is still a mess with the incorrect layout and at this point my frustration has led me to wanting a full refund.
