Horrible customer service. When I placed my order there was no note anywhere that it was on preorder. I waited 5 months for it to be finally shipped and no one replied to my emails in the meantime

I mentioned this in my product review (I didn’t realize there would be another option). There is no reason to charge $10 for a small bottle of pills in a poly bag. When y’all shipped it in a box it was a little easier to understand. I know shipping rates are high, but whether you’re being charged for actual weight or dim weight, you absolutely cannot justify charging $10 shipping for this standard ground in a bag

Really not happy still haven’t received my order that was placed on October 9th.
