Horrible customer service. When I placed my order there was no note anywhere that it was on preorder. I waited 5 months for it to be finally shipped and no one replied to my emails in the meantime

I mentioned this in my product review (I didn’t realize there would be another option). There is no reason to charge $10 for a small bottle of pills in a poly bag. When y’all shipped it in a box it was a little easier to understand. I know shipping rates are high, but whether you’re being charged for actual weight or dim weight, you absolutely cannot justify charging $10 shipping for this standard ground in a bag

Terrible. Since my parcel arrived here at the german zoll you are not responding no more. I want my money back. I ordered gut works from dr. vegan and they put a sticker on the bag mentioning the ingredients in spanish. The german zoll allowed that. You own me 85.85 Euros. You dont even try to fix this problem right now. This is robbery!

Really not happy still haven’t received my order that was placed on October 9th.
