Your shipping charges are too much. I have a Debloat subscription which comes out to $21.95, but then you add shipping and I end up paying $34 a month for my subscription. This is so expensive. If I take 2 Debloat pills a night, that comes out to $2.26 per serving (2 pills). Pretty expensive for a supplement don't you think!? If you could offer 20% off subscriptions and free shipping that would make me likely to purchase way more.

I did not get an email that my order was processed and originally did not think my order went through. I did not know that I needed an account to see anything but once I made one everything was fine

Horrible customer service. When I placed my order there was no note anywhere that it was on preorder. I waited 5 months for it to be finally shipped and no one replied to my emails in the meantime
