Fit2Run - PROD - SFCC

Horrible online experience!

After buying serval shoes from Fit2run i was very disappointed that the ones i had ordered for an upcoming race were listed available on the website but i never received them. The frustrating part is i was never told anything, my order and my money just sit there for weeks. Finally i had to call only to be told there were unavailable. I had to scramble to find shoes elsewhere. I will admit as much a i love Fit2run it makes me nervous about ordering from there again. Robbie

You send me the wrong item. I emailed customer service three times. No response. I posted to your Facebook. No response. Worst customer service.

Wrong width sent.

After many weeks I still have not received shipment or even been notified it has shipped. Order tracking on the website does not work!
