After Free Fly themselves recommended I order from you I was thoroughly disappointed. I never could get ahold of anyone by text/phone/email looking for my order and ultimately never received it and still haven’t heard from your company regarding it. Terrible customer service!!!

It is not easy to get help! Communication about shipment is poor. No way to track shipment!

Still haven’t received item. Have called three times. Was told although item is still available online it’s actually out of stock. Havent received refund. Terrible customer service. Will never shop here again.

Never received order. Sent multiple emails with no responses at all. Had to dispute charge with my bank.
