Fit2Run - PROD - SFCC

The company didn't have what I ordered in stock despite it being listed as available on the website. Heard nothing for 3 weeks (no shipping information or anything) so I called customer service and was informed that the product was not in stock... No one reached out to notify me of this? I was refunded.

Would not return my product. I emailed twice and took to the store and the store. The store said we had to do online and even the employees said good luck. They say they will take a return but the won’t. Buyer beware. Please do not buy from fit 2 run. This will be my last purchase from them and that makes me sad.

Terrible customer service - you never get a confirmation on your order being shipped or a tracking number - I purchased a second pair and haven’t heard anything after sending an email on if it’s being processed or shipped
