I don’t know. I never received my purchase so obviously fit2run is a crap company

Shipping was horrible. Shoes were shipped in plastic bags and boxes were badly damaged.

Never received my product and nobody would respond to my emails or online submissions using the web contact feature. I emailed support and called several times. Called always unavailable or representatives busy. After weeks of trying I finally was able to get a person to help me. The end result was they had to cancel the order and refund my purchase. No attempt to resolve other than cancel it. What a waste of time and effort.

Terrible. Never received the item. Second time I’ve had to report it to my credit card company never again.

as i said in my review, no way I will use your company again since nobody has responded to my requests for an exchange
