Terrible. Second time you’ve taken my money. And not delivered the product. Second time my credit card company had to get involved.

I searched all over for someone who had this particular shoe in stock and you said you had it. I ordered it along with 2 other items that caught my eye. You immediately said EVERYTHING was being delivered. Ultimately I got everything EXCEPT the shoes. Long story, short, I will not be ordering from you all again. It’s a miracle I received anything. Your online reviews are horrible and I wish I had checked first.

Never replies to emails, takes forever to ship, the website is ALWAYS glitchy and doesn’t let you track your order, orders sit in lull at the warehouse without being forwarded to a warehouse with the instock product, no communication. I HATE dealing with this store if I order online.

Horrible experience ordering from your company!

Bad business to not return the shipping fees. Will not shop with them again.
