Never received item. Can't get through to customer service... phone, text, and email. Unfortunately have to dispute the charge with the bank.

Zero customer service help. Never shipped or sent my order.

Took over 2 weeks to receive my order. Shipping label was printed after I called for status

I placed an order, was charged, but the items were never shipped. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I received no response. Ultimately, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
