Didn’t get my order. They cancelled my order after I emailed them, a week after the order was placed. Their reason was out of stock.

Horrible customer service. After multiple texts, calls & emails, still no response or merchandise. I have added a picture of me holding the shoes I purchased.

Read the reviews people. This company is not worth wasting your time or money. No response and no merchandise until my credit card company started the dispute. Terrible company to do business with.

I ordered a pair of Brooks running shoes and never received them. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and was able to cancel the order after waiting a month for the shoes. I'd emailed, called, and waited with no response from Fit2Run. I was very disappointed with the entire process.
