Launch 9s where canceled and no order shipped email. Just showed up on my door without the launch 9s. Emailed customer service begining if June its now July 7th still haven't heard anything.

### Review of My Experience I recently had a frustrating experience purchasing running shoes from fit2run. After placing my order and waiting several days, the seller canceled it, citing that the color I ordered was out of stock. They didn't bother to inform me that other colors were available or offer an alternative. Additionally, my new customer coupon became invalid due to the cancellation. Determined, I registered with a different email and tried to buy the newly stocked pair using the coupon. Unfortunately, the website malfunctioned, failed to generate an order, yet still charged my credit card. I attempted the purchase again with PayPal, and the same issue occurred. I emailed the shop, politely asking them to check their website and process my order, but received no response. Desperate, I contacted PayPal for help. Thankfully, PayPal intervened, contacted the seller, and I received a refund after a few days. This was the worst online shopping experience of my life. The website was sluggish, and the staff treated customers poorly, failing to address issues that were entirely their fault. The most incredible thing is that after all this, they even sent an email asking for a review—unbelievable. And this is why y'all see my review.

The return process was very frustrating. I went to the store. I had to leave my shoes there with no receipt and having them assure me that an email was sent to corporate asking for a refund. I even requested if I could just exchange for a different pair and they said no I would have to purchase a new pair and wait for my refund however I had purchased my shoes online with a gift card so I would not have gotten my money back .

Cancelled my order 2 weeks

Cancelled my order 2 weeks after I placed it. Said product wasn't available. There is technology to track inventory real time. Things like this shouldn't happen, unless the company is just poorly managed.
