Product not in stock - took 5 days to notify as such.

Sent shoes back and still waiting for refund. Never wore them. Very poor customer service at this point

The purchase was made on June 10, on June 14 I sent an email to verify the status of the shipment and today is June 17 and they have not sent the package nor have they answered my email.

Very bad service for customers, they sent me a different model than the one I bought and even after 13 days after I returned them, they do not answer my calls and I do not receive my returns
