Not providing free returns is a deal breaker for me!

No one called me back after I left a message or sent me an email from me wanting to return the shoes because they’re uncomfortable

Terrible…no shipping email sent and after a week I had to send multiple emails to find out where my shoes were! Very disappointed in the experience!
